The Four Lands Of Disney

When you decide to head over to Disneyland Paris, either for an extended holiday or just a long weekend away, you’ll be crossing over into another country for the duration of your trip.

But Disneyland Paris has four lands of its own ready and waiting to show you when you arrive. Of course there are the Main Street attractions as well, but make sure you head for these lands while you’re there:

• Fantasy Land
• Discovery Land
• Frontier Land
• Adventure Land

They’re all packed with plenty to keep you busy, and no doubt the kids will want to speed from one to the other so they don’t miss anything!

Discovery Land is where you will find the much loved Space Mountain. This is the piece de resistance of the whole place – so don’t miss it. It defies description but you will never forget trying it out.

Over in Fantasy Land there is the majestic and awe inspiring sight of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. Whatever age you might be, you’ll regress back to childhood and get the shivers at seeing this magical looking building. It’s really the icon and the logo of Disney itself.

Next, zoom over to Adventure Land and let the kids go wild in Adventure Isle. It’ll certainly wear them out for a more peaceful evening! Don’t miss the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction either – unlike some roller coasters and other rides that are merely a minute or two long, you’ll be enjoying this one for more than ten minutes.

Finally you’ve got Frontier Land. This is where you’ll find one of the most famous Disney Attractions of them all – Thunder Mountain. There are plenty of other attractions here too that will keep the whole family entertained.

You can see why most families choose to go for a long weekend when they want to head to Disneyland Paris. One day simply isn’t enough to see everything, and when there are so many great places to stay in overnight as well, why go home early?

Instead, make the most of every park and land you’ll find there. It’s truly a magical experience.
